1. I can’t log in!

Login issues can be frustrating, but don’t worry! We’re here to help you through it with just a few questions:

1. Check your email spelling – Is there a typo in your email address?
2. Different email address? – Did you sign up with a different email? Try logging in with any other email addresses you might have.
3. Forgot your password? – If you can’t remember your password, please use the “Reset Password” tool to receive a reset email in your inbox.
4. Still having problems? – If you encounter an error, please send a screenshot of the error message along with a description of your issue to service@grabie.cc, and we’ll get you sorted out.

2. I forgot my password!

No worries! Resetting it is a breeze. Simply visit our account login page, here:

1. Click on “Forgot your password”
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Submit
4. Check your inbox
5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

If you’re still having trouble or encountering an error, please send a screenshot of the error along with a description of your issue to service@grabie.cc, and we’ll help you resolve it.

3. When will my online store order ship?

For online store orders, non-subscription products usually ship within a timeframe of 7-15 business days. If you place an order that includes both subscription and non-subscription items, the non-subscription products will be shipped within the standard 7-15 day period, while the subscription items will follow their predetermined schedule, shipping the month or quarter after your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- US: up to 7-15 business days
- Canada: up to 12 business days
- EU/UK: up to 3 weeks
- All other locations: up to 4 weeks

*Please be aware that international shipping may take extra time because of customs delays. We use 4PX and YunExpress for delivery, so you'll receive a unique tracking number for your order. While we provide estimated delivery times, we suggest allowing an additional 3 weeks beyond the standard timeframe to account for any potential delays.

4 What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If you come across an item that is out of stock, please feel free to email us your request. Our product team will review your message and try to restock the item as quickly as possible.

Please note, we currently do not offer a notification service for restocked items. We recommend checking our shop regularly for the item you’re looking for!

5. Can I include a gift note with my purchase?
We're so happy to hear you're gifting Grabie goodies! Unfortunately, we aren't able to add a gift note to your order. However, you can still let your recipient know that a wonderful Grabie gift is on its way!
